It can be used alongside approaches such as CBT, grounding, and trauma awareness, offering objective, body-based feedback to complement subjective experience and reflection.

DeerLink was founded by Dr. Xin Zhang, a biotechnology expert with a PhD and more than 10 years of academic and industry experience in healthcare technologies. She has led the design of several internationally successful blood glucose monitoring products and is the inventor of over 20 patents on microfluidics.
Dr. Zhang is a Psychotherapy Counsellor in the UK. She is passionate about mental health and is interested in the role that biosensing technologies could play in supporting psychotherapy and wellbeing.
DeerLink brings together a multidisciplinary team of experienced researchers and engineers. Our expertise spans biosensing, artificial intelligence, and software engineering, enabling us to develop innovative digital health solutions that bridge the gap between technology and wellbeing.
